Competition Terms & Conditions:
- This is a promotion by Brend Hotels (the Promoter).
- The winner will receive a Gold Membership at Barnstaple Health & Leisure, situated at The Barnstaple Hotel.
- Membership is valid for a year once redeemed
- There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
- The prize draw will be overseen by an independent observer and one winner will be selected on a random basis from the qualifying entries received using a third-party app and announced on our Facebook & Instagram pages. We will also notify the winner by posting on our socials and replying to their comment. If there is no response within 7 days, Brend Hotels reserves the right to select another winner at random from amongst the entrants to the prize draw.
- The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 01.08.25. Entries received outside this time period will not be entered into the prize draw.
- The winner will be announced on Saturday 2nd August 2025.
- The winner will be chosen by random using third-party software.
