1. What time is check-in? 

You can check into the hotel from 3pm. On the day of departure, you will be required to check out of your room by 11am, but are welcome to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities.

2. How often do housekeeping service the rooms during a stay?

When you stay with us, housekeeping will refresh your room daily. On stays of 4-nights or more, our housekeeping team will provide a full service halfway through your stay. If you desire a full service throughout your stay, this can be requested at reception but must be done the evening before.

3. Do you have on-site parking? 

We have car parking on site which is available free of charge for guests and health club members. 

4. Do the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities?

Every room comes with tea/coffee making facilities as standard.

5. Do you do a Sunday Carvery?

We offer one sitting for our Sunday Carvery, from 12pm to 2:30pm. We recommend booking as our Sunday Carveries tend to be popular, give our friendly team a call on 01271 376221 to reserve a table.

6. What time is breakfast? 

Breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 7am-9:40am, and Sunday from 7:30am-9:40am.

7. What time is dinner served? 

Dinner is served Monday - Saturday from 7:30pm-9.30pm and Sunday and Bank Holidays from 7pm-9:00pm in our Brasserie Restaurant and Bar.

8. What are the child rates at the hotel?

When we offer Bed & Breakfast rates, these are not inclusive to children. Instead, we offer a ‘For the Kids’ package, where children aged between 3-12 years stay for just £15 per night. For more information, please click here

9. Do you offer discounted breaks?

We offer discounted breaks throughout the year, to be the first to hear of our special offers and discounts we recommend signing up to our mailing list. You can also keep an eye on our offers here, this page will be regularly updated with our latest promotions.

10. Do I have to be a member to use the Leisure Club?

The Barnstaple Leisure Club is a members-only environment. To become a member speak to the Health Club directly on 01271 341602 or pop in and speak with them.

12. What’s the cost involved with being a Leisure Club member?

13. What are the pool opening times?

The Leisure Club boasts two pools, an indoor and outdoor pool both heated.

Indoor Pool: 7am - 9pm

Outdoor Pool: The outdoor pool is seasonal and is currently closed.
