Terms & Conditions
Prices are per room, per night, based on two guests sharing a Cosy Room on a bed and breakfast basis. Enjoy 10% off our Best Available Rate when booking a minimum two-night stay. Other room grades are available at an additional cost.
**Pay & Save Offer**
For an additional saving, book at least 3 days in advance to receive a further 10% off our Best Available Rate. This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable, and bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. Savings are calculated against our Best Available Rate.
Guests who prefer greater flexibility can choose our Best Available Rate, which allows amendments and cancellations in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
**Children’s Policy**
Children aged 16 and under stay free when sharing a room with their parents. Meals are charged on the same basis as their parents, with the option of dining from the children’s menu or enjoying 50% off meals from the adult menu.
