Our Hotel & Leisure Club will be temporarily closed from 10th March until 18th June 2025 (provisionally) for essential maintenance and repairs.
If your Leisure Club Membership has been impacted by our temporary closure, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to provide clarity on how the closure affects your membership. As many of you know, our hotel sustained damage from Storm Darragh in December, which led to a temporary closure while we installed a temporary roof. Unfortunately, this was only a short-term solution, and we now need to close again to complete the necessary repairs and ensure the safety and comfort of our members. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the leisure club and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Your membership will be frozen for the duration of the hotel closure, from 10th March to 18th June 2025 (provisionally). We will notify you of any changes to these dates as soon as possible.
Bronze, Silver, and Gold memberships will be frozen for the duration of our closure. Upon reopening, your membership expiry date will be extended by the length of the closure. Additionally, we will add 10 extra days to the extended expiry date as compensation for the initial closure in December.
For example, if your membership was originally set to expire on 31st March and the hotel closes from 10th March to 18th June as planned, your new expiry date will be extended to 19th July. Additionally, with the extra 10 days of compensation, your final expiry date will be 19th July.

Platinum monthly memberships will be frozen from 1st March 2025, until our facilities reopen, and no charges will be applied during this period. Additionally, from 1st - 10th March, you will receive complimentary access to our facilities as compensation for the initial closure in December.

No, you will not be charged during the closure period. All memberships will be frozen while we’re closed.
Unfortunately, the leisure club will be closed for the duration of the hotel’s temporary closure. We are using this time to carry out essential renovations.
We will keep you updated via email, social media, and our website about the progress of the works and the confirmed reopening date. You will be notified as soon as we have a definite date.
