Can I use my carvery voucher while the hotel is closed?
Yes! You can redeem your carvery voucher at our sister hotels, but it will be used as a monetary voucher for its original value rather than for a carvery experience.
Will my carvery voucher be extended if I can’t use it during the closure?
You are welcome to use it at our sister hotels during our closure, but if you’d prefer to wait, please contact our reservations team by email at reservations@barnstaplehotel.co.uk for further information.
Can I use my cream tea or afternoon tea voucher while the hotel is closed?
Yes! These vouchers can be used at our sister hotels as monetary vouchers for the value they were purchased for, rather than for the tea experience itself.
What if I prefer to wait until the hotel reopens?

Can I use my Black Friday gift voucher at a sister hotel?
No, Black Friday vouchers can only be redeemed at our hotel and are not valid at sister properties.
Will my Black Friday voucher be extended since the hotel is closed?
