- We recognise that changes in pricing can raise concerns. Our aim is to make our tariff pricing more reasonable and less confusing than the current structure.
- As an example, currently, a member who wants to access the gym and pool is charged £10.50, we want to ensure that our members are not penalised for wanting to use the gym in addition to other facilities during their visit. Therefore, our new entry price of £7 includes access to the gym, pool, and saunas for members, providing a better overall deal.
- In response to rising costs, we believe that balancing costs between members and guests and eliminating additional charges for access to both pools will benefit our members more. We have also extended the age at which infants receive free entry from 2 years to under 3 years old.
- We've made efforts to enhance our membership options to accommodate both individuals and families. We've noticed a growing demand for memberships tailored to households with three or more children, which we haven't been able to provide until now. We believe this new offering will provide greater flexibility for everyone based on their visit frequency and guest needs.
- Our Leisure Club has recently introduced a games room that is available for both members and their guests to enjoy. We have exciting plans for the upcoming year to enhance customer service by implementing a new membership system. Our goal is to simplify our membership options and make them more flexible. We're reintroducing our wristband system to ensure fair access to our pools during peak periods, allowing more members to enjoy them.
- All Standard and Yearly Executive memberships will remain valid until their respective expiration dates. Upon expiration, renewals will be subject to the new pricing and membership terms.
- For Monthly memberships, the price increase will go into effect on 1st January 2024, or after the initial 6-month contract period, whichever comes later.
- New membership cards will be issued either upon renewal or when obtaining a new membership. Monthly members will receive new cards once the updated pricing becomes effective.
- Starting from 1st December 2023, all new memberships will be available for purchase by new members or for renewals. For monthly direct debit customers, the price increase will take effect on 1st January 2024, or after the initial 6-month period, whichever is later.
- Those purchasing a new membership on or after 1st December 2023, will have the new tariff applied upon entry. For individuals with existing memberships, the new tariff will be applied upon entry starting from 1st January 2024.
- We anticipate implementing the initial wristband system by the February half-term. Look for posters placed around the health club to stay informed about specific dates and details. Please keep in mind that additional days may be introduced during peak periods.
- We highly appreciate all our members, and we take pride in continuing to provide a discounted Platinum Yearly membership at an upfront cost of £450. This equates to just £37.50 per month, offering excellent value with unlimited free entry for the member. This option proves especially advantageous for those who plan to visit the club more than six times a month. Alternatively, our Bronze membership might be a better fit for individuals seeking a more casual visitation approach.
- The price for Monthly Direct Debit customers will either increase on 1st January 2024, or after the initial 6-month period, depending on which comes later.

Similar to our current standard offering, suitable for those looking to bring up to three guests (maximum of two under 16) and expecting to visit fewer than six times a month. Please note, that your membership allows you to use the facilities as frequently or infrequently as you prefer on a pay as you go basis.
Gold Membership

Members and guests pay as they go on each visit
Members may sign in 4 guests (Maximum 3 under 16 years of age)
Tailored for families of five, allowing three children at once providing an adult guest is in attendance, with fewer than six monthly visits anticipated. Please note, that your membership allows you to use the facilities as frequently or infrequently as you prefer on a pay as you go basis.
Platinum Monthly Membership
Membership cost £50 per month
Members get unlimited access, guests pay as they go
Members may sign in 3 guests (Maximum 2 under 16 years of age)
Geared towards those planning frequent visits (more than 6 times a month) and seeking complementary all-day access to our facilities during our wristband system and the additional benefits this has.
Platinum Yearly Membership
Membership cost £500 per year
Members get unlimited access, guests pay as they go
Members may sign in 3 guests (Maximum 2 under 16 years of age)
Identical to the Platinum Monthly but with the advantage of saving £100 by paying upfront, equivalent to two months free.
Platinum Yearly OAP Membership
OAP Membership cost £450 per year
Members get unlimited access, guests pay as they go
Members may sign in 3 guests (Maximum 2 under 16 years of age)
Identical to the Platinum monthly but those aged 60 and over have the advantage of a membership equivalent to £37.50 per month when paid upfront and eliminates the need for pay-as-you-go fees.
