Get to know our guest speaker Ellis Genge
Ellis Genge is an English professional rugby union player known for his powerful playing style, leadership, and outspoken personality. Hailing from Bristol, he rose from local club rugby to become one of England’s most dynamic props, earning his international debut in 2016. Renowned for his aggressive ball-carrying and dominant scrummaging, Genge has been a key figure for England in major tournaments such as the Six Nations Championship and the Rugby World Cup. At club level, he captained Leicester Tigers to Premiership success before returning to his hometown side, Bristol Bears. Beyond the pitch, he is admired for his authenticity and his commitment to promoting inclusivity and working-class representation within rugby.
