Principato Pinot Grigio 12%
Italy. A classical northern Italian Pinot Grigio. It’s delicate, floral and fruity with just a hint of stone fruit. The palate is crisp with citrus characters and has a floral, refreshing finish. 

Sub Tropika Sauvignon Blanc 13%
New Zealand. Perfumed with nettle ripe tropical fruits which are also evident on the palate along with limey flavours and a rich minerality - classic Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is sappy and fresh.

Wakefield Riesling 12%
Australia. One of Australia’s classic high-quality styles, this has vibrant fresh lime and lemon flavours with a tropical fruit light touch. Dry, crisp and refreshing, finishing with a lively but balanced acidity.

Fryers Cove Chenin Blanc 13.5%
South Africa. This country’s flagship white grape is well represented here with stone fruit flavours, a racy acidity and a saline, creamy roundness on the palate.

France. Classically tasting of apricots and peaches and exotic frui, albeit in a subtle manner. This is vibrant and well-balanced with an uplifting fruity finish.

France. A captivating blend of floral and fruity notes, this bold Sauvignon Blanc is lively and generous, with some exotic notes.

Argentina. Aged for 2 months in French and American oak. Purple-red in colour, bright and intense. Fresh fruity aromas of plum and cherry. Balanced in the mouth, with a pleasant finish.

South Africa. Rich ruby colour, packed with plenty of dark forest berry aromas. Rampant ripe blackcurrant and pastille flavours, beautifully integrated with savoury oak spice and a plush succulent finish.

Spain. An easy going young Rioja with depth and concentration of flavour. Red and dark fruits complement a smoky, spicy, savoury backdrop, tannins are supple and well integrated.

California. Vibrant ruby red in colour, Boneshaker opens with aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, subtle notes of spice and leather. Balanced structure with firm tannins and a touch of warm spice on a gently toasty finish.
