Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

We appreciate booking a holiday or an event during the current climate is not an easy task so that's why we have reviewed our cancellation policy to give you complete peace of mind.

1. Accommodation 

Covering all bookings from the 4th July 2020*

We do not require a deposit on booking however a debit/credit card will be taken to secure your booking. 

Any cancellations made after 3pm the day before arrival, full charges will apply. This excludes any bookings made during black friday - which are non refundable but they are transferrable. 

2. Meeting and Events 

We do not require a deposit on booking however a debit/credit card will be taken to secure your booking. 

Any cancellations made after 12pm the day before, full charges will apply. 

3. Festive Lunches and dinners 

We will be asking for a deposit of £10 per person when taking a booking for any of our festive events, however this is transferable or refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your booking. 

4. Christmas Day 

We will be asking for a deposit of £10 per person when taking a booking for Christmas Day Lunch and full payment full payment by 18th December 2020, if you cancel your booking before 18th December we will transfer your deposit or refund if you wished. 

5. Christmas and New Year Breaks 

We will be asking for a deposit of £100 per person when taking a booking for a Christmas or New Year Break and full payment full payment by 18th December 2020, if you cancel your booking before 18th December we will transfer your deposit or refund if you wished. 

6. New Year Eve Dinner 

We will be asking for a deposit of £10 per person when taking a booking for New Years Eve Dinner and full payment full payment by 23rd December 2020, if you cancel your booking before 23rd December we will transfer your deposit or refund if you wished.

7. Exceptions

However should your cancellation be as a result of Covid-19 or any government restrictions the deposit can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded if preferred. 

The cancellations linked to Covid-19 include: 

  • Being requested to self isolate (proof required) 
  • Displaying symptoms 
  • Restrictions in travel 
  • Hotel closure 
  • 3 tiered restrictions
